Join us for an evening of long beautiful stretches in a 90 minute yin yoga session lead by Jessica Pingel. While you are stretching, Heidi Syvrud will be assisting your poses and gracing you with healing touch combined with essential oils. Lay back and relax for the final pose in savasana while taking in all the healing vibrations from a crystal bowl sound bath played by Amber Fremann.
